I have decided to start this group because I want to support others coping with chronic pain. I have been dealing with daily migraines, headaches and muscle spasticity for 14 years. Partly due to partial transverse myelitis, fibromyalgia and myofascial pain but much of it is still largely unknown. i have had an intensive meditation practice for nearly 30 years and this has helped me get thru the worst of times.
